1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse through our collection of hats and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you're ready to check out, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information. Voila! Your order will be on its way to you in no time.

2. Can I customize the design of my hat?

Absolutely! We believe in expressing your unique style, so all of our hats can be customized to your heart's content. Get ready to turn heads with your one-of-a-kind creation!

3. How long does it take to receive my custom hat?

Good things take time, and that includes our custom hats. Each hat is made to order with love and care, so please allow 2-3 weeks for packaging and delivery of in stock items. 

4. What if I want different patches than what is in stock?

We have you covered! If the patches that we have in stock are not catching your eye, leave your ideas in the special instructions box at checkout! Doing this, we will source patches specifically off of your ideas. Please be specific on what you LIKE or DISLIKE.

5. How long does it take to receive my custom hat when using the special instruction box?

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for patch sourcing, packaging, and delivery. 

5. Returns/Exchanges?

No returns or exchanges and all sales are final.
